If somethings not working, don’t just “try harder” that motivation will only last so long, instead find a solution. Perhaps the solution is try harder, but if you consistently do not have time to go to the gym, don’t keep lining it up on your schedule at that time, find a better time, do at home workouts, or set a certain amount of pushups/sit-up’s/other exercises you can do throughout the day. No one time management technique is going to work for every person. If you have a highly time consuming job but work alone in an office, do 50 pushups 5 times a day. If you work in a cubicle with people all around you, schedule morning jogs, or do weekend workouts. The situation is going to change from person to person so if something is not working don’t keep thinking you’re going to make it work, find a solution on how to MAKE it work.
